The Jackson-Madison County Sports Hall of Fame is pleased to announce the
awarding of three $1,000 scholarships to students entering an accredited and
academic associate or baccalaureate college or university in the Fall of 2007.
Specific criteria for the recipients are to:
- Be graduating from a Jackson-Madison County public or private high
school the year for which application is made
- Be an incoming freshman enrolled as a full time student in an accredited
and academic associate or baccalaureate degreed program at a college or
university
- Be a resident of Jackson-Madison County
- Be a student athlete in a sanctioned TSSAA (or its successor) sport or
participated in related athletic activity (such as but not limited to
trainer, manager).
