  1. The purpose of this organization shall be to honor, preserve, and perpetuate the names and accomplishments of outstanding athletes and other sports personalities who are native to Madison County or who have lived and competed in Madison County for a period of ten (10) years, and have not been an active player for five (5) years, except in lifetime activity sports.
  2. Selection of such honorees shall be limited to no more than five (5) person each year and may include no more than two (2) deceased members each calendar year.
  3. Inductees are selected from nominations solicited from the public. Recommendations, including biographical information, records and photographs are to be sent to:
